Makeup Ideas

Okay, so it's been awhile since I posted.  I really will try to post more.  Just wanted to share a few things.

1st, e.l.f. eye transformer,  the product I used, and metioned in my last post.

This palette comes with four wish looks like very light, green, yellow, blue, and pink shades. However, just put some on bare skin, and it really pops....put it over a darker shade of eyeshadow, or on darker skin tones, and WOW, really pretty.  I want to experiment with this, and take more pictures on different people, in different lights, and different styles.
Anyone else ever used this?  What do you think?

Makeup Portfolio

For this look I went with a light, and a touch of medium foundation.

I must say, I am impressed with how well my eyes turned out.  I just used to law of color to do so.  Green eyes= Red....(well, in the red family).  So I used a white highlight color on my inner corners, and brow bone.  The a Dusty Rose for the contour.  Then, a dark Lilac on the corners.  Lined in Black liner, then went over the liner with e.l.f. eye tranformer in pink, and blue. ( More on that later.  :)

Since I didn't have a lip color that went exactly, I went and cheated a bit.  I used a clear lip base, then used the dusty rose eye shadow, and some of that wonderful pink transformer stuff I was talking about earlier. topped it off with a dab of light pink shimmery lip gloss.
After being sick with a horrible head cold, or what ever it is.  I know I couldn't go to school, and be breathing on people getting facials, and being waxed.  So being stuck at home, and finally getting batteries for my digital camera.  I got to start playing with my makeup.  I first wanted to do a smokey eye, but them felt like, I am standing here with a cold...Do I really want that heavy look on my face today?  Instead. I wanted to look more awake, and refreshed...even though I wasn't feeling any of these. Ah, the magic of makeup.  To foul one's eye.  Haha.  Any way.  Here's the beginning of an ever expanding portfolio.
